Place 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts in the Instant Pot.
Add 1 cup buffalo sauce and 1 oz ranch dressing mix.
Stir gently to coat the chicken.
Secure the lid and set the valve to Sealing.
Cook on High Pressure for 25 minutes.
When the cooking time is complete, carefully perform a quick release by moving the valve from Sealing to Venting.
Remove the lid and shred the chicken directly in the Instant Pot using two forks.
Stir the shredded chicken into the cooking juices and buffalo sauce mixture.
Spoon the buffalo chicken onto 12 slider buns.
Drizzle or spread ½ cup ranch dressing over the chicken.
Serve immediately.
Optional Topping: Sliced pickles, Coleslaw, Shredded cheddar cheese, Pepper jack cheese and Green onions.
Notes
*Refrigerate the leftovers in an air tight container for up to 5-7 days. *You can add cream cheese to this mixture if you like to add a cheesy flavor to this slider recipe. I used fresh chicken breasts for this recipe but you can use frozen chicken breasts as well. If you use frozen chicken breasts, add an additional 5 minutes to the cook time.
