Instant Pot Crack Chicken is the best comfort food and easy to make. Each bite is loaded with ranch flavor, tender chicken and cheese for the best meal.
Place 2 lbs boneless chicken breasts, 1 cup chicken broth, 1 packet dry ranch dressing seasoning mix, and 6 strips cooked and crumbled bacon into a 6-quart Instant Pot.
Add the lid and set the valve to the sealing position.
Set the pressure cook setting for 25 minutes.
Perform a quick release to release the pressure from the Instant Pot, then carefully remove the lid.
Shred the chicken with 2 forks directly in the Instant Pot.
Stir in 8 oz diced cream cheese and 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese.
Switch the Instant Pot to the sauté setting and heat until the cheeses are fully melted and combined.
Top with ¼ cup sliced green onions.
Serve warm over 6 buns and enjoy!
