Instructions
Turn the Instant Pot to the Sauté setting. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it into crumbles as it cooks. Drain any excess grease.
Add the beef broth, diced onion, tomato sauce, crushed tomatoes, garlic salt, chili powder, cumin, and black pepper. Stir to combine.
Secure the lid and set the valve to the Sealing position.
Cook on High Pressure for 5 minutes.
When the cooking time is complete, carefully perform a quick release.
Stir the mixture well before serving.
Divide the Fritos among serving bowls, spoon the beef mixture over the chips, and top with the shredded cheddar cheese. Serve immediately and enjoy.
