Ingredients

potatoes

water

stick of butter

milk
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Peel and cut 2–3 lbs potatoes into chunks.
Place potatoes in an Instant Pot and add 1 cup water.
Seal and cook on high pressure for 6 minutes, then do a quick release.
Add ½ stick butter, 1 cup milk, and salt and pepper to taste.
Mash until smooth and serve.
