Ingredients
- 2 pounds round steak (cut into 1 inch cubes)
- ½ teaspoon ground pepper
- 1 envelope dry onion soup mix (1 oz)
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
- 4 cups beef broth
- 4 cups water
- 6 oz uncooked medium egg noodles
Instructions
- Place 2 pounds round steak cut into 1-inch cubes, ½ teaspoon ground black pepper, 1 envelope (1 ounce) dry onion soup mix, 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce, 4 cups beef broth, and 4 cups water into the Instant Pot. Stir to combine.
- Secure the lid and set the valve to the Sealing position.
- Cook on High Pressure for 20 minutes.
- When the cooking time is complete, allow the pressure to release naturally. Once the pressure has fully released, carefully remove the lid.
- Stir in 6 ounces uncooked medium egg noodles.
- Turn the Instant Pot to the Sauté setting and cook for approximately 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the noodles are cooked to your preferred tenderness.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
Refrigerate the leftovers in an air tight container for up to 5 days.
You can also brown the round steak prior to making this recipe. Brown the round steak on the sauté setting in the Instant Pot. then stir in the other ingredients except for the noodles and follow the rest of the directions from there.
