Mix together 8 ounces softened cream cheese, 1 cup sour cream, and ½ teaspoon garlic salt with a hand held mixer until thoroughly combined.
Stir in 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, ¾ cup shredded parmesan cheese, 4 slices cooked and crumbled bacon, and 4 ounces chopped sliced jalapeños.
Spread this mixture into an 8X8 baking pan.
In a small mixing bowl, combine ¾ cup panko bread crumbs, 4 tablespoons melted butter, ¼ cup shredded parmesan cheese, and 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley.
Sprinkle the topping mixture evenly over the top of the dip in the pan.
Sprinkle the 2 slices of crumbled bacon on top of the bread crumb mixture.
Baked for 15-20 minutes until the breadcrumbs are golden brown.
Top with 1 sliced fresh jalapeño, if desired, and enjoy.
