Separate the sweet rolls and slice them in half horizontally, if needed. Arrange the bottom halves in a small baking dish and set the tops aside.
In a small bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, diced jalapeños, shredded cheddar cheese, and milk until combined. Set aside.
Divide the ground beef into 6 equal portions and shape each portion into a small slider-sized patty.
Grill the patties for about 3–4 minutes per side, or until cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 160°F.
Place one cooked burger patty on each bottom roll.
Divide the cream cheese mixture evenly among the sliders and spread it over the burgers.
Sprinkle the chopped bacon evenly over the cream cheese mixture.
Place the top rolls over the sliders.
Melt the butter and stir in the minced garlic. Brush the garlic butter over the tops of the rolls.
Place the baking dish under the broiler for 1–3 minutes, watching closely, until the tops are lightly golden.
Serve immediately.
