Ingredients

white cake mix box and any ingredients listed on box

jello mix
strawberry (you can also use raspberry, cherry )

cup
boiling water

cup
cold water

tub Cool Whip
Instructions
Prepare 1 white cake mix box according to the package directions, including any ingredients listed on the box.
Bake the cake in a 9x13 pan according to the package directions.
Let the cake cool for 15 minutes.
Poke cake with fork at ½ inch intervals.
Mix 1 package strawberry jello mix with 1 cup boiling water until dissolved.
Stir in 1 cup cold water.
Pour the jello mixture evenly over the cake.
Refrigerate the cake for at least 3 hours.
Spread 1 tub Cool Whip evenly over the top of the cake.
Slice, serve, and enjoy!
