Brown ground beef with the garlic and diced onions and the beef is no longer pink. Break up the beef as it cooks. Drain off any excess grease.
Stir in the cream cheese and drained can of diced tomatoes. Heat for a few minutes to melt the cream cheese and stir to thoroughly combine all the ingredients.
Remove the pan from the heat, stir in the ketchup, mayonnaise, yellow mustard, Worcestershire sauce, diced pickles, salt and pepper.
Stir in 1 cup of the shredded cheddar cheese.
Pour the mixture into a casserole dish. Bake for 15 minutes.
Top with remaining cheese and bake for 5-7 more minutes until the cheese is melted.
Remove the dish from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes to set.
Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
Refrigerate the leftovers in an airtight container for up to 4-5 days. Reheat the leftovers in the microwave. You can make this recipe with ground chicken or ground turkey if you prefer but it does change the flavor slightly.
