Ingredients

1 - 16 oz container small curd cottage cheese

3.4 oz orange jello

14 oz mandarin oranges, drained well

20 oz crushed pineapple, drained well

mini marshmallows

8 oz whipped topping, thawed
Instructions
Add 2 cups (16 ounces) small curd cottage cheese to a large bowl.
Sprinkle one 3.4-ounce box orange jello over the cottage cheese and mix well.
Add one 14-ounce can mandarin oranges (drained well) and one 20-ounce can crushed pineapple (drained well), then mix well.
Stir in 2 cups mini marshmallows.
Fold in one 8-ounce container whipped topping until combined.
Cover and chill for at least 1 hour (overnight works well).
Serve chilled, optionally topped with additional mandarin oranges or whipped topping. Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
