Do not remove the husks or silk from 1 ear of corn.
Place the corn directly in the microwave and cook on high for 4 minutes. If needed, continue cooking in 30-second increments until done.
Allow the corn to cool slightly until safe to handle.
Cut off the end of the corn and carefully slide the corn out of the husk.

Notes
This recipe is to make 1 corn on the cob. Add 2 minutes to the cooking time for each additional ear. Refrigerate any leftover corn in an air tight container for up to 5 days.
