Ingredients

all-purpose flour

granulated sugar

baking powder

salt

vegetable oil
can use butter softened

large egg

teaspoon
vanilla

milk

cup
mini chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F and spray a mini muffin tin.
In a bowl, whisk 1½ cups flour, ¾ cup sugar, 2 tsp baking powder, and ½ tsp salt.
In another bowl, mix ? cup oil, 1 egg, 1 tsp vanilla, and ½ cup milk.
Pour wet ingredients into dry and gently fold until combined (do not overmix).
Fold in ½ cup mini chocolate chips.
Fill muffin cups about ¾ full.
Bake for 10–12 minutes.
Cool briefly in pan, then transfer to a rack to cool completely.
