Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and spray a 9X13 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together 1 can cream of chicken soup (10.5 ounces), 1 can cream of mushroom soup (10.5 ounces), 2 cups chicken broth, and 1 package onion soup mix until fully combined. Stir 2 cups uncooked white rice into the soup mixture until evenly mixed.
Spread this mixture evenly into the prepared pan.
Place 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts on top of the rice mixture in a single layer. Season the chicken breasts evenly with ½ teaspoon salt and ½ teaspoon pepper.
Cover the pan with foil. Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes until the rice and chicken are cooked through.
Remove the pan from the oven and let it rest for 5-10 minutes. Remove the foil from the pan and the chicken and rice is ready to serve and enjoy!
