This oven baked pork chops recipe uses a simple 5-spice rub for juicy, flavorful chops every time. My tips for the right temperature and rest time mean no more dry pork chops!
Preheat the oven to 400°F. Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
In a small bowl, combine the salt, black pepper, paprika, onion powder, and garlic powder.
Place the pork chops in the prepared baking dish. Drizzle with the olive oil and brush to evenly coat the pork chops.
Sprinkle the seasoning mixture evenly over the pork chops, making sure to season the tops and sides.
Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until the pork chops reach an internal temperature of 145°F.
