Ingredients

French Bread

eggs
1 ½
cups
milk

Tablespoons
Sugar

salt

teaspoon
vanilla extract

teaspoon
ground cinnamon
Instructions
Spray a 9×13 pan with cooking spray or coat with melted butter. Cut 1 loaf French bread into chunks and spread evenly in the pan.
In a bowl, mix 4 eggs, 1½ cups milk, 2 Tablespoons sugar, ¼ teaspoon salt, and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Pour over the bread and mix to fully coat.
In a separate bowl, mix 2 Tablespoons sugar and 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon. Sprinkle evenly over the top.
Cover and refrigerate overnight for best results (or bake immediately if needed).
Bake at 350°F for 45–50 minutes, until golden brown.
To freeze: cover with foil and freeze. Thaw overnight in the refrigerator, then bake at 350°F for 45–50 minutes.
