Pancake and Waffle Mix
This recipe is the easiest and the BEST Homemade Pancake and Waffle mix. It is very easy to make and will save you a ton of money.

Ingredients
For the Pancake Waffle Mix:

All Purpose Flour

Baking Powder

Granulated Sugar

For a Batch of Pancakes:

Pancake Mix
2
large eggs
1 ¾
cups
whole Milk
¼

melted butter
cooled

teaspoon
vanilla extract
For a Batch of Waffles:

Pancake Mix
2
large eggs
1 ½
cups
whole Milk

melted butter
cooled

teaspoon

Instructions
For the Pancake Waffle Mix:
Whisk together all the pancake waffle mix ingredients. Store in an airtight container in a cool dry place for up to 1 year.
For a Batch of Pancakes:
Place the pancake mix in a large serving bowl.
Make a whole in the batter and add in the eggs, milk, butter and vanilla extract.
Stir until the ingredients are just combined. Be careful not to over mix and it’s ok if the batter is a bit lumpy.
Preheat a griddle or large skillet over medium heat. Once the pan or griddle is hot, add a small amount of oil to the pan.
Scoop the batter onto the pan in 1/4 cup amounts allowing the batter to spread.
Cook until bubbles start to appear in the top of the pancakes (1-3 minutes). Flip and cook the opposite sitters of the pancakes until cooked through.
Serve warm with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
For a Batch of Waffles:
Preheat a waffle iron and spray it with a non-stick cooking spray.
Place the waffle mix in a large serving bowl.
Make a whole in the batter and add in the eggs, milk, butter and vanilla extract.
Stir until the ingredients are just combined. Be careful not to over mix and it’s ok if the batter is a bit lumpy.
Pour the batter into the waffle iron and prepare based on your waffle iron instructions.
Serve warm with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
