In a shallow mixing bowl, stir together the Parmesan Cheese, bread crumbs, paprika, parsley, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan over medium high heat.
Dip both sides of the pork chops in the bread crumb mixture and make sure that the mixture fully coats the pork chops.
Then place the frying pan and brown both sides for 2-3 minutes. You may have to work in batches depending on the size of your pan.
After the pork chops are browned, place them in a baking dish.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 140 degrees Fahrenheit.
Remove from the oven and let the pork chops rest for 5 minutes and the pork should continue to cook to reach an internal temperature of 145 degrees Fahrenheit.
Then the pork chops are ready to serve and enjoy!
