Cheesecake Factory Pasta Carbonara has a creamy Parmesan sauce flavored with bacon, tender peas and more. This copycat pasta dish is easy to make and delicious.
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Cook 8 ounces spaghetti noodles to al dente according to the package instructions.
Add 1 cup frozen peas to the pot during the last 5 minutes of cooking.
Reserve 1 cup of the pasta water before draining. Do not rinse the pasta.
In a small saucepan, melt 1 tablespoon butter and sauté 2 teaspoons minced garlic for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
In a separate bowl, whisk together 3 beaten eggs, ¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese, 2 tablespoons flour, 1 teaspoon salt, and ½ teaspoon pepper.
Then remove the pan from the heat and stir in the evaporated milk and 1/2 of the pasta water. Then slowly whisk the egg mixture into the pan. Return the pan to the heat and simmer on low until the sauce has thickened (2-3 minutes).
In a large bowl, combine the cooked spaghetti, peas, 4 slices cooked and chopped bacon, and the remaining 1 tablespoon butter.
Pour the sauce over the pasta mixture along with the remaining ½ cup reserved pasta water. Toss until evenly coated
Serve topped with the Italian parsley and more Parmesan Cheese if desired and enjoy!
