Ingredients

large eggs
boiled and peeled
1
teaspoon
mustard
1 ½
tablespoons
sweet pickle relish
¼
cup
mayonnaise
Salt and pepper to taste
For garnish:
Paprika
Sweet gherkin pickles
Pimentos
Instructions
Slice the 7 boiled eggs in half lengthwise.
Scoop out the yolks into a bowl and set the egg whites aside.
Mash the yolks with a fork until smooth.
Mix in ¼ cup mayonnaise, 1 ½ tablespoons sweet pickle relish, and 1 teaspoon mustard until well combined.
Add salt and pepper to taste and mix again.
Evenly fill the egg white halves with the yolk mixture.
Sprinkle paprika over the tops, then garnish with chopped sweet gherkin pickles and pimentos.
Serve and enjoy!
