¼
cup
corn syrup
¼
cup
butter
1
cup
peanut butter
½
cup
evaporated milk
Instructions
Stir together brown sugar, corn syrup and butter in microwave safe bowl.
Microwave for 2–3 minutes, or until the mixture comes to a boil. Carefully remove the bowl from the microwave.
Add the peanut butter and stir until completely combined and smooth.
Stir in the evaporated milk until the sauce is creamy.
Serve warm over ice cream or your favorite desserts.
Notes
Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
The sauce will thicken as it cools. Reheat it in the microwave in short intervals, stirring between each interval, until warm and smooth.
Use a large microwave-safe bowl to prevent the mixture from bubbling over while heating.
