In a medium mixing bowl, combine 1 package (8 ounces) softened cream cheese, 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, 2 ounces chopped pepperoni, 1 teaspoon garlic salt, and ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning. Stir until thoroughly combined.
Cover the bowl and refrigerate the mixture for 20 to 30 minutes, or until it firms up slightly and is easier to shape.
In a separate small bowl, combine 15 crushed Ritz crackers and ? cup grated Parmesan cheese.
