Brown 2 pounds ground beef in a large skillet over medium high heat. Drain off the excess grease, then stir in 1 chopped onion, 1 chopped green bell pepper, and 1 chopped red bell pepper.
Cook on medium heat until the peppers are soft. Mix in ½ cup A1 steak sauce, 1 ½ cups beef stock, 1 teaspoon garlic salt, and ½ teaspoon pepper.
Bring the mixture to a boil, cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
