Pimento Cheese Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 cups Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese shredded
- 8 oz Cream Cheese Softened at room temperature and cut into 1 inch pieces
- 4 oz Pimento Peppers drained and chopped
- 2 Tbsp Mayonnaise
- ¼ tsp Garlic Powder
- ¼ tsp Cayenne Pepper Optional
- ¼ tsp Pepper
Instructions
- Place the shredded extra sharp cheddar cheese, softened diced cream cheese, chopped pimento peppers, mayonnaise, garlic powder, cayenne pepper and pepper into a large mixing bowl.
- Mix the ingredients together using a hand held mixer or a sturdy spoon until the mixture is smooth and thoroughly combined.
- Serve immediately and enjoy with your favorite dippers!
