Instructions
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Add ground beef, diced onion, and minced garlic. Season with salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook until beef is browned, then drain grease.
Stir in crushed tomatoes, water, and broken lasagna noodles.
Bring to a boil, then cover and reduce heat to low. Simmer for 15–20 minutes until noodles are tender.
Top with shredded mozzarella cheese, cover, and cook 2–3 minutes until melted.
Serve topped with ricotta cheese and chopped parsley.
