Sterilize an 8-ounce Mason jar, lid, and ring according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
Rinse the raspberries thoroughly and drain well.
Mash the raspberries until you have ? cup of mashed fruit.
Stir in the sugar and pectin until well combined and the sugar is dissolved.
If the mixture is still grainy, microwave for 30 seconds, then stir again.
Transfer the raspberry mixture to the sterilized Mason jar and secure the lid.
Refrigerate until ready to use, or freeze for longer storage.
Notes
This recipe will make 2-3 cups of Raspberry Jam. When I make this recipe I normally will triple it! One goes in the fridge while the other two go in the freezer.
