Ingredients

  • Shrimp:
  • 1 lb medium frozen precooked shrimp peeled and devained
  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1/2 cup broth
  • 1 lime freshly juiced
  • Taco and garnish:
  • 12-20 corn tortillas
  • 2 cups cole slaw mix
  • 1/2 jalapeno diced
  • 1/4 cup cilantro chopped
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 lime juiced

Instructions

  • In a large skillet add the shrimp, taco seasoning, salsa, broth and lime juice.
  • Cover and heat over medium high heat for about 5 minutes or until the shrimp is heated through.
  • Meanwhile, combine the cole slaw, jalapeno, cilantro, honey and lime in a separate bowl. Stir to combine.
  • Serve on corn tortillas with the slaw on top.
