Ingredients

ground beef
browned and drained

onion
diced

minced garlic

tomato sauce

can diced tomatoes

Italian seasoning

egg noodles
uncooked

beef broth

Shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
Place the browned ground beef and onion in the crock pot.
Season with minced garlic, Italian seasoning and salt and pepper.
Top with the tomato sauce, diced tomatoes and beef broth.
Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-3.5 hours.
Stir in the uncooked egg noodles for the last 30 minutes of the cook time if cooking on low or 15 minutes if cooking on high.
Then top with the shredded cheddar cheese, cover and cook for 5 minutes to melt the cheese and serve.
Notes
Refrigerate leftovers in an air tight container for 5-7 days.
