Ingredients

  • 1 cup light almond milk I like Hiland or Silk Milk
  • 1 serving of Vanilla Protein mix
  • 1 cup strawberries I like them frozen, but they can be fresh
  • 1 tablespoon sugar free jell-o cheesecake mix the powder
  • 1 cup ice may only need a half cup of ice if your strawberries are frozen

Instructions

  • Combine all the ingredients into a blender and blend on high until smooth. Serve cold and enjoy!
