Ingredients

Meat:

  • 2 pound ground beef
  • 2 tablespoon taco seasoning
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 1/2 onion diced

Suggested Toppings:

  • 1 can refried beans
  • 1 head of lettuce chopped
  • 8 oz cheddar cheese grated
  • 8 oz monterrey jack cheese grated
  • 2 roma tomatoes diced
  • 1/2 red onion diced
  • 2 limes diced
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 package tostadas

Instructions

  • Place the beef, taco seasoning, and salsa and onion in crock pot.
  • Cover crock pot with li, and cook on low for 6 hours.
  • Break apart the meat and stir to combine.
  • Heat up the tostadas on a baking pan until warm.
  • Heat up the refried beans in the skillet.
  • Spread the tostadas with refried beans.
  • Top with beef.
  • Then top with any other toppings you want: avocado, lettuce, tomatoes, and cheddar cheese.
  • Serve.
