Ingredients

medium sized Zucchini

tablespoon
Olive Oil

teaspoon
Garlic Salt

Grated Parmesan Cheese
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
Cut the ends off of the zucchini and quarter the zucchini lengthwise.
Place the zucchini on a baking sheet (lined with foil). Drizzle the olive oil over the top of the zucchini slices.
Sprinkle the zucchini with the garlic salt and parmesan cheese.
Bake for 10-12 minutes until the zucchini is browned slightly.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
