Ingredients
For the Biscuits:

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 450°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly coat it with nonstick cooking spray.
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, sugar, garlic powder, and salt.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the cold milk and melted butter.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir just until combined. Do not overmix.
Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese.
Drop the dough by heaping spoonfuls onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing the biscuits about 2 inches apart.
Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the tops are lightly golden brown.
While the biscuits bake, stir together the melted butter, garlic powder, and dried parsley for the topping.
Let the biscuits cool for 2–3 minutes, then brush the tops with the garlic butter mixture.
Serve warm.
Notes
Store the leftover at room temperature for up to 4-5 days or freeze in a freezer safe bag for up to 2-3 months.
