Ingredients

frozen precooked shrimp
(peeled, deveined and defrosted)

tablespoon
butter

teaspoon
salt

teaspoon
pepper

tablespoon
minced garlic

heavy cream

parmesan cheese

fettuccine cooked

tablespoon
fresh parsley

Instructions
Sauté 1 pound frozen precooked shrimp in 2 tablespoons butter in a pot over medium high heat for 2 minutes.
Season the shrimp with 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon pepper, and 1 tablespoon minced garlic.
Stir in 2 cups heavy cream and 1 cup parmesan cheese.
Cover and cook on low for another 3-5 minutes or until the shrimp is heated through.
Serve over 16 ounces cooked fettuccine and top with 1 tablespoon fresh parsley and more parmesan cheese, if desired.
Notes
Serve with garlic bread and a salad.
