Spray a 9X13 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
In a small bowl, mix together 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp paprika, ½ tsp onion powder, and ½ tsp garlic powder until well combined.
Place 6 boneless pork chops (about 1 inch thick) in the prepared baking dish. Drizzle 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil evenly over the pork chops. Use a basting brush or spoon to spread the olive oil so each pork chop is lightly coated.
Sprinkle the seasoning mixture evenly over the pork chops. Use the brush or your hands to spread the seasoning so it coats the top and sides of each pork chop.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees F. Then let sit for 5 minutes and serve warm.

Notes
This cook time is based on approximately 1 inch thick pork chops. Thinner pork chops will cook quicker and thicker pork chops will need additional cooking time to reach an internal temperature of 145 degrees F.
