In a small bowl, mix together 1 teaspoon dried rosemary, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon onion powder, 1 teaspoon paprika, 1 teaspoon salt, and ½ teaspoon black pepper.
Pat 4 bone-in pork chops dry and rub the seasoning mixture evenly over all sides of the pork chops.
Place ¼ cup all-purpose flour on a plate and lightly dredge each pork chop, shaking off any excess flour.
