Expert Tips

  • Room Temperature Pork Chops – For even cooking, take the pork chops out of the refrigerator about 15-20 minutes before cooking.
  • Thickness Matters – Adjust cooking time for thinner or thicker chops. Thinner chops will cook faster, while thicker ones may need a few extra minutes.
  • Garlic Flavor – Adjust the amount of garlic powder if you prefer a milder garlic flavor.
  • Juicy Pork Chops – As these pork chops are cooking, juices will release. Spoon the juices over the pork chops as they cook for the best flavor.
