Recipe Tips

  • Cooking Times – Cooking time will vary based on your crock pot and depending on the size of your sweet potatoes.
  • Adding Sweet Potatoes to Slow Cooker – We recommend when placing the sweet potatoes in the slow cooker to place in a single layer. You can add sweet potatoes on top of each other, but it may take longer to cook.
  • Poke Holes – We like to prepare our sweet potatoes by washing and then poking holes with a fork into the sweet potatoes.
