How to Make Grilled Mango
- Step 1 – Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (around 400°F).

Step 2 – Cut the mangoes in half lengthwise, leaving the skin on. Remove the center pit and score the flesh of each mango half in a criss-cross diamond pattern, being careful not to cut through the skin.

Step 3 – In a small bowl, whisk together the avocado oil, lime juice, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper to create a marinade.

Step 4 – Brush the marinade generously over the scored flesh of each mango half, making sure it seeps into the cuts.

Step 5 – Place the cut-side of the mango halves on the preheated grill, flesh side down on the grill grates. Grill for 3-4 minutes, or until char marks appear. Then flip and grill other side. Remove the grilled mangoes from the heat and let them cool for a few minutes.
- Step 6 – Sprinkle the lime zest over the grilled sweet mangoes and garnish with chopped fresh cilantro.

- 1 lime zested and juiced
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- ½ teaspoon ground cumin
- ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions
