How do you cut fish for fish tacos?
Use a sharp knife and cut the fish into chunks. I like to cut them into bite size pieces to make it easy to make the tacos.
Tips and Tricks:
- Don’t overcook the salmon. It does not take long to cook. Salmon will quickly become tough if cooked too long.
- Use a meat thermometer. The internal temperature of salmon should be 145 degrees. I use a digital meat thermometer to ensure it is fully cooked. This also helps to prevent overcooking.
- Skin side down. If the salmon fillets have skin on them, place this side down on the grill first.
