Ingredients

beef brisket

cup
salsa

Taco seasoning

fresh limes
juiced
fresh cilantro

corn tortillas

Cotija cheese

jalapeno

Instructions
Place 2 lbs beef brisket, 1 cup salsa, and 4 Tbsp taco seasoning into a crock pot.
Squeeze the juice from 2 fresh limes over the top.
Cover and cook on low for 10 hours or high for 5 hours.
Shred the brisket and stir it back into the juices.
Warm 18 corn tortillas.
Serve the brisket on tortillas and top with 1 cup Cotija cheese, fresh cilantro, and 1 sliced jalapeño.
Notes
*Refrigerate the leftover brisket in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
