Instructions
Add 2 boneless chicken breasts cut into bite size pieces, ½ diced onion, 3 diced red potatoes, 2 peeled and diced carrots, 8 ounces frozen green beans, 2 diced celery stalks, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 package dry ranch dressing mix, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon pepper, 3 teaspoons Italian seasoning, and 1 cup chicken broth to the slow cooker.
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours until the chicken and potatoes are tender.
Stir in 1 cup milk and ½ cup sour cream.
Cover and cook for an additional 15-20 minutes, until heated through.
Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
We do not recommend cooking this recipe on high as it could cause the diary products in the recipe to curdle.
