All you need is a few simple ingredients to make this Smoked Salmon Dip. It is creamy, delicious and loaded with flavor. Serve this dip with crackers for an amazing appetizer.
In a large mixing bowl, combine 8 ounces cream cheese, softened, 1 cup sour cream, the juice of 1 lemon, 1 tablespoon minced garlic, 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill and ¼ teaspoon salt.
Using a hand mixer, beat the ingredients until smooth and fully combined.
Gently stir in 8 ounces flaked smoked salmon until evenly distributed throughout the dip.
Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to develop.
Serve chilled with crackers, crostini, bagel chips, cucumber slices, or fresh vegetables.
