Spinach Roll Ups

Ingredients
- 2 10-ounce packages frozen, chopped spinach, thawed, and drained/squeezed dry.
- 1 1-ounce package ranch dressing mix
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 8 ounces Cream Cheese softened
- ½ cup Real Bacon Bits
- 3 tablespoons green onions chopped
- 10 10-inch Flour Tortillas
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, stir together 2 10-ounce packages frozen chopped spinach that has been thawed and drained, 1 1-ounce package ranch dressing mix, 1 cup sour cream, 8 ounces softened cream cheese, ½ cup real bacon bits, and 3 tablespoons chopped green onions until well combined.
- Spread the spinach mixture evenly over 10 10-inch flour tortillas.
- Wrap in plastic and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
- When ready to serve, slice each wrap into approximately ¾” thick rounds.
- Serve cold and enjoy!
Notes
Store any leftovers in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
