Spinach Roll Ups
Spinach and cream cheese make the perfect combination in this pinwheel recipe. Spinach Roll ups are the perfect appetizer for any occasion.

Ingredients
- 2 10-ounce packages frozen, chopped spinach, thawed, and drained/squeezed dry.
- 1 1-ounce package ranch dressing mix
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 8 ounces Cream Cheese softened
- ½ cup Real Bacon Bits
- 3 tablespoons green onions chopped
- 10 10-inch Flour Tortillas
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, stir together the chopped spinach, ranch dressing mix, sour cream, softened cream cheese, bacon bits and chopped green onions until well combined.
- Spread the spinach mixture evenly over the flour tortillas.
- Wrap in plastic and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
- When ready to serve, slice each wrap into approximately ¾” thick rounds.
- Serve cold and enjoy!
Notes
Store any leftovers in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
