In a small bowl, combine ¼ cup balsamic vinegar, ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil, 2 tablespoons poppy seeds, 2 tablespoons honey, 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard, ½ teaspoon garlic powder, ½ teaspoon sea salt, and ½ teaspoon black pepper.
Whisk thoroughly for 2-3 minutes until the dressing is well combined. Alternatively, place all the dressing ingredients in a jar with a lid and shake until combined.
Place 12 cups fresh spinach in a large serving bowl or divide it among individual serving bowls.
Top the spinach with 16 oz sliced strawberries and ½ thinly sliced red onion.
Drizzle the dressing over the salad and gently toss until all the ingredients are lightly coated.
Top the salad with 1 cup crumbled feta cheese and 1 cup chopped raw pecans.
