Ingredients

Slice strawberries, fresh spinach, red onions, chopped pecans and blue cheese crumbles
  • Spinach – Use regular or baby spinach
  • Fresh Strawberries, Sliced – Try adding in other fruits such as blueberries or any fresh berries
  • Red Onion – You can leave out if you do not like onions.
  • Feta Cheese – Use crumbled feta cheese. Feel free to substitute with goat cheese or blue cheese

How to Make Spinach Strawberry Salad

Step 1 – Place the spinach in a large bowl or individual serving bowls.

Step 2 – Next, add the strawberries and red onions on top for the salad mixture.

Step 3 – Combine all the dressing ingredients in a small bowl. Whisk thoroughly for 2-3 minutes until all the ingredients are well combined or place all the ingredients in a jar with a lid and shake until well combined.

Step 4 – Drizzle over the salad. Finally, top with the cheese and pecans.  Serve immediately.

  • 12 cups fresh Spinach
  • 16 oz Strawberries Sliced
  • 1/2 Red Onion Thinly Sliced
  • 1 cup Feta Cheese crumbled
  • 1 cup Raw Pecans Chopped

Instructions

  • Combine all the dressing ingredients in a small bowl. Whisk thoroughly for 2-3 minutes until all the ingredients are well combined or place all the ingredients in a jar with a lid and shake until well combined.  
  • Place the spinach in a large bowl or individual serving bowls.
  • Add the strawberries and red onions on top for the salad mixture.
  • The drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss to thoroughly coat. You want enough dressing to coat the ingredients but not drown them.
