Stir 2 1/4 ounces of lemon-lime powdered mix, 46 ounces of pineapple juice, 2 liters of ginger ale, and 2 quarts of cold water, together in a large pitcher or pinch bowl. Chill for 30-60 minutes.
Stir right before serving and serve topped with the lime sherbet. Enjoy!
