Instructions
Add 1½ cups berry juice, 1 cup canned coconut milk, ½ cup cold water, 1 cup frozen strawberries, and 2 Tbsp granulated sugar to a high-speed blender.
Cover and blend until the ingredients are fully combined and the strawberries are completely pureed.
Divide 1½ cups ice evenly among 3 serving glasses.
Slice the remaining ½ cup frozen strawberries and divide them evenly among the glasses.
Pour the blended berry mixture evenly into the 3 glasses.
Serve immediately while cold and enjoy.
