Frozen Sliced Strawberries

Angel Food Cake
diced into 1 inch pieces

Cool Whip
thawed, divided
Instructions
Bring 1¼ cups water to a boil.
In a large mixing bowl, dissolve 1 package strawberry Jell-O in the boiling water and allow the mixture to cool slightly.
Stir 1 pound frozen sliced strawberries into the Jell-O mixture.
Gently fold in 8 ounces thawed Cool Whip and 1 diced angel food cake cut into 1-inch pieces.
Pour the mixture evenly into a 9x13 baking dish.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until fully set.
Before serving, spread or dollop the remaining 8 ounces Cool Whip over the top.
Garnish with fresh strawberries if desired, serve chilled, and enjoy!
