This Strawberry Fluff Salad is the perfect side dish or dessert for your next summer BBQ. It has amazing strawberry flavor, texture and is easy to make.
Whisk together 1 package (4.6 ounces) cook and serve vanilla pudding mix, 1 package (6 ounces) strawberry jello mix, and 3 cups water in a medium saucepan.
Heat over medium high heat and bring the mixture to a boil.
Once the mixture is boiling, remove from heat and place in a large heat resistant mixing bowl.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate until the mixture has thickened, at least 4 hours or overnight.
Remove the bowl from the refrigerator and beat with an electric mixer until creamy.
Gently stir in 16 ounces whipped topping, 10 ounces mini marshmallows, and 2 cups diced fresh strawberries until fully combined.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
Serve cold and enjoy!
Notes
This salad is best served the day before serving it. Leftovers can be refrigerated in an airtight container for 2-3 days.
