Ingredients

cup
frozen strawberries
1
cup
frozen mango chunks
1
banana
peeled and sliced
1
cup
plain yogurt
½
cup
milk
1
tablespoon
honey
Fresh mint leaves for garnish
optional
Instructions
Add 1 cup frozen strawberries, 1 cup frozen mango chunks, 1 peeled and sliced banana, 1 cup plain yogurt, ½ cup milk, and 1 Tbsp honey to a blender.
Blend on high speed for 1–2 minutes, or until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
If the smoothie is too thick, add a little additional milk and blend again until you reach your desired consistency.
Taste the smoothie and add more honey if desired.
Pour the smoothie evenly into 2 glasses.
Garnish with fresh mint leaves, if desired.
Serve immediately and enjoy.
Notes
You can use vanilla yogurt for a sweeter smoothie.
