Add the frozen strawberries, frozen mango chunks, sliced banana, yogurt, milk, and honey to a blender.
Blend the ingredients on high speed until smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes. If the smoothie turns out too thick, simply pour in a bit more milk and blend again to achieve the perfect consistency.
Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness by adding more honey if needed.
Pour the smoothie into glasses and garnish with fresh mint leaves, if desired.
Serve the smoothie immediately.

You can use vanilla yogurt for a sweeter smoothie.
