Instructions
Preheat the oven to 250°F.
In a large bowl, gently stir together the Corn Chex, Rice Chex, honey roasted peanuts, and pretzels. Set aside.
Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.
Whisk in the brown sugar and bring the mixture to a low boil.
Remove from the heat. Stir in the corn syrup, baking soda, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until combined.
Pour the warm syrup mixture over the Chex mixture. Gently stir until everything is evenly coated.
Spread the mixture evenly onto a large baking sheet.
Bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes to ensure the mixture cooks evenly.
Remove from the oven and allow the Chex Mix to cool completely at room temperature.
Once cooled, break into pieces. Serve and enjoy!

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 weeks.
